Buttoning Needle
This is a 12" (30cm) long buttoning needle with a sharp point at each end. An upholstery button is threaded with twine, the two loose ends of the twine are passed through the eye of the needle and the needle itself is passed through the cushion. Another button is then tied to the two loose ends of twine, and that's it - Job done!
Buttoning twine and a button making service using your own material are available through our shop.
When buttoning, be very careful not to pull the needle towards you - Always work away from yourself.
